Sealing of the Bogong High Plains Road from Falls Creek to the Omeo Highway began early in the morning of Monday the 19th January 2009.

By the end of today (20/01/2009) the first six kilometers will have been completed.

This now provides a sealed bitumen road from Falls Creek to the quarry on the other side of Langfords Gap.
